ONGOING VIOLATIONS
We have been getting many complaints of violations of Balmoral rules and bylaws. Note that it is the homeowner's responsibility to inform their guests and renters of our policies. These can be found at https://balmoral-nh.com/rules/rules-bylaws.
We have been and will continue to assess fines for these violations. Samples of these violations include but are not limited to ignoring parking regulations at the beach (i.e., parking boat trailers in parking lot), driving golf carts on Paradise and allowing underage operators to drive golf carts.
Additionally, regarding golf carts, we would strongly recommend that you reconsider if you are allowing renters use your golf cart, as they may not be covered by your insurance. Liability lies with you, the homeowner. Likewise, we see adult drivers driving golf carts with young children (infants and toddlers) on their laps. This is a dangerous practice as our roads are dirt and not level. It would not take much for a child to fall out of the golf cart and get injured.
