Invoices and Payments
Invoices are sent around January 1 each year and are due by the date shown on the invoice. Online and lockbox payment options are being set up; we will share details soon.

Board and Contact Information
The Balmoral Board consists entirely of volunteers; a list of members is available on the Contact page of this site. Since the office is unstaffed, please email any questions to info@balmoral-nh.com.
Board Meetings
The Board typically meets at 8:00 a.m. on the first Saturday of each month, with occasional exceptions. Residents are welcome at the open portion of each meeting, after which the Board may move into executive session. If you would like to speak before the Board Meeting, please contact us at info@balmoral-nh.com to let us know the issue on which you would like to be heard. We may limit how long each person is allowed to speak on each topic. Meeting notices appear in the monthly newsletter and on the website. Annual Meeting
Unless otherwise announced, the annual meeting takes place at 9:00 a.m. on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Members vote on open Board seats and any proposed bylaw amendments or addenda. The agenda and financial reports are sent 30 days in advance. Members unable to attend can use the proxy form included in the annual mailing.
Social Media
Balmoral Improvement Association does not have a Facebook page, nor do we sanction any existing Facebook pages. For the most accurate information, any complaints, questions or comments should be directed to the Board at info@balmoral-nh.com or contact a board member directly.
Boat Slips
Balmoral has 12 boat slips, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You can view the waiting list on the Community page. To be added to the list, email info@balmoral-nh.com.
Parking Passes and Kayak Racks
Parking passes are handed out at the annual meeting. The kayak rack raffle is held at the end of the meeting. To rent a kayak rack, you must be present and pay at that time. Only members in good standing may receive beach passes or enter the kayak rack raffle.
