CULVERTS AND SWALES IN BALMORAL
All Balmoral culverts were recently cleaned out at a considerable cost to Balmoral.
PLEASE DO NOT BLOW LEAVES AND OTHER DEBRIS INTO THE CULVERT/SWALE AREAS. ADDITIONALLY, REMIND THOSE DOING LANDSCAPING OR OTHER WORK ON YOUR PROPERTY ABOUT THE EXISTENCE OF THESE CULVERTS AND SWALES.
Cleaning of culverts across homeowners' driveways is the homeowner's responsibility and should be kept free and clean of any sand or leaves to allow for property drainage. It is not Balmoral's responsibility to maintain these culverts. If those culverts fail, it is the homeowner's responsibility to replace that culvert.
