IMPORTANT REMINDER - NO ATVS ALLOWED IN BALMORAL
We continue to receive complaints about four-wheelers in Balmoral. Everyone should know that ATVs are NOT allowed in Balmoral under any circumstances and at any time of the year. We have sent several notice letters and fines are being assessed for continued violation of BIA rules. Fines are $150 for the first offense; $300 for the second and $500 for the third. LIENS WILL BE PLACED ON PROPERTIES IF FINES ARE NOT PAID.
It is the homeowner's responsibility to notify guests, renters, tenants and any other people using homes about this rule. Liability ultimately lies with the homeowner. Section VIII of Balmoral By-laws states: "ATV's and Trail Bikes are banned in the community of Balmoral." If you see ATVs on Paradise Drive, you should contact the MPD.
